  • For Events with 25-100 Guests

    Coordination + Design Total $1,875 - $3,450
    (based on guest count and event complexity)

    Coordination Services Include:Fee: $450 - $1000

    • Day-of-Event Coordination

      • Initial consultation to gather event details, schedule, and preferences

      • Creation of detailed event timeline and vendor communication

      • Point of contact for vendors, bridal party, and venue staff on the event day

      • Oversee ceremony and reception flow

      • Supervise setup and teardown (arrival, decor, logistics)

      • Ensure all vendors execute as planned

      • Emergency kit on hand for last-minute needs

    Design Elements Included: Fee:$1,425 - $2,450 + Labor

    • Centerpieces or Aisle Arrangements: $25 each

    • Table Linens: $12 per table

    • Backdrop or Wedding Arch: $350

    • Welcome Sign: $100

    • 100ft Drapes: $50 per 10-foot section

    Coordination Services Include: Fee:$1,500+

    • All Basic Package Services

    • Full Event Planning Coordination

      • Assistance with vendor selection and communication

      • Scheduling and organizing vendor meetings

      • Creating a personalized event timeline

      • Coordinating with the wedding party and rehearsal management

      • Vendor alignment with timeline and expectations

      • Event day coordination of all details (ceremony, reception, vendor arrivals)

      • Unlimited phone and email consultations

    Design Elements Included: Fee $1,850 - $2,150

    • All Basic Package Design Elements

    • Dinnerware: $3.50 per guest

    • Custom Giant Prints & Entrance Design: $200

    • Dance Floor Decal: $200

  • For Events with 200+ Guests
    Coordinator Fee: 20% of Overall Budget (plus deposit)
    Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the coordination fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due closer to the event date.

    Design Package Fee: (Estimated for 200+ guests):
    $4,550 - $11,300

    Coordination Services Include:

    • All Standard Package Services

    • Full-Service Event Planning

      • Wedding/event website with RSVP management and guest tracking

      • Budget tracking and management throughout the planning process

      • Coordination of all pre-event meetings with bridal party, family, and vendors

      • Vendor recommendations and negotiations

      • Weekly check-ins and event updates

      • Overseeing and managing all event logistics from start to finish

      • 12-14 hours of event day coverage (setup and breakdown)

    Design Elements Included:

    • All Standard Package Design Elements

    • Dessert Table Setup OR Prosecco Wall

    Deposit Example:

    • If the overall event budget is $50,000, the coordination fee is $10,000 (20% of $50,000).

    • Deposit: 20% of $10,000 coordination fee = $2,000
